Position of the boundaries and the velocity distribution in the layers was allocated. The diagram of temperature distribution was made at depths of 10, 20 , 30 and 60 km. The zones, which perspective for oil and gas, were allocated. For the first time the results of a complex data analysis of regional geophysical studies in junction zone between EEP and SP will serve for the purpose of creating geodynamic model of tectonic structures within the south-eastern part of Ukraine, promising for oil and gas deposits.
