The object of study is the process of creation of civil unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) that are safe to use in the controlled airspace. The objective is the reduction of terms and expenses for implementation of developmental works on detailed design both technological study of UAS and its elements by means of accounting features of solved problems, design process regulation and design actions efficiency increase, taking into account features of civil unmanned aviation.
