Theoretical studies foresaw mathematical modeling as a tool for a systematic approach to the study and analysis of com-plex thermal processes in the TAD with application of classical analytical approaches involving the mathematical and CFD models of hydrodynamics, thermodynamics and heat process.Thermal pro-cesses in existing samples of thermoacoustic devices and their elements were experimentally inves-tigated. The effects of various factors on the external characteristics of thermoacoustic heat engines and efficiency of thermoacoustic systems were determined. Used equipment: hand-made specialized computer system (SCS) based on ICP DAS uPAC 7186 EX-SM PLC, thermocouple data acquisition module I7018P and microcontroller STM32F4; standard E-type thermocouples were used to measure the temperature, acoustic pressure was measured using high-speed pressure sensors Freescale MPXV7007DP; created for SCS software is based on SCADA Trace Mode 6 and Windows Presentation Foundation Platform using the .
