The theoretical models of lithosphere conductivity have been created for interpretation of experimental transfer functions. It was concluded that the structure of the seabed and high conductiv water have essential influence onto value of transfer functions. Temporal changes of magnetic parameters (Wise's vectors) well enough explain the lithosphere dynamics and correlate with the preparation of strong earthquakes in the Antarctic region.
