The aim of the investigation is the increase of the effectiveness of tooth replacement in patients with the use of dental implants by the improvement, elaboration and introduction of the methods of reconstructive surgeries on the tissues of prosthetic field with the use of substitute of bone and taking into consideration the individual anatomotopographic changes, conditioned by the type and kind of jaw atrophy. The methods of the investigation are clinical, roentgenologic, biochemical, immunological, experimental. The novelty is in the elaborated scheme of preoperational examination and preparation of the patients with the different kinds and types of adentia, which has allowed revealing of patients with dysbiosis, dysbacteriosis and allergic reactions to acrylic plastic of dentures on the grounds of the results of biochemical, immunological analyses. The schemes of the correction were worked out, the indications for the implementation were specified, the new methods of reconstructive and restorative surgeries on the tissues of prosthetic field were elaborated and introduced, the methods of dental implantology and further prosthetics were improved. The obtained data give the substantiation for the implantation planning taking into consideration the results of the study of elastostraining changes in the system of mathematical model "abutment-implant-osseous tissue" within the limits from 0° to 125° of axial movements in three-dimensional coordinate node system and to fulfill the further prosthetics with a glance to the obtained calculations on the influence of horizontal component of loading, determining more preferable use of beam system of orthopedic constructions and to carry out the implantation after the correction of the elements of prosthetic field, with С-h, С-w types of osseous tissue structure according to the revealed parameters of correlation of height and width of osseous crest from 0 to 3mm, 3-5 mm and 5-7 mm. 16 articles, 6 theses, 1 practical policy were published. 6 patents were obtained, 1 application was submitted.
