The physical and chemical technology bases of the metal NPs with different sizes, shapes and surface coverage ratio on glass substrates was developed on the basis of simulation results. Dependencies between the optical properties caused by the plasmon - polaron effects and the gold nanoparticles size, shape were established. The physical and chemical technology bases of CdS films sequential layering chemical surface deposition with introduction of the gold NPs between layers of film CdS were developed.
