The aim of the study was to improve the efficiency and safety of the comprehensive treatment of patients with severe chronic dermatitis using corticosteroids and cytotoxic drugs. Methods: clinical, biochemical, immunological, bacteriological, radiation, statistics. An algorithm for the examination of patients with chronic dermatoses, which lasted receiving immunosuppressive therapy. In 75.7% of patients with chronic dermatitis who received long-term glucocorticoid therapy revealed impaired glucose tolerance. It is proved that the use of metformin leads to normalization of impaired glucose tolerance and prevents the formation of carbohydrate metabolism disorders in 100% of cases, all patients seen violations of bone mineral density. Using an integrated product containing calcium carbonate 1250 mg and 200 IU cholecalciferol, prevents the development of violations by remodeling bone in 83.6% of cases. Using complex containing calcium carbonate 1250 mg and 200 IU cholecalciferol and alendronovoyi acid 70 mg, in 72% of cases contributed to the normalization of bone mineral density. It is proved that the use of methotrexate and Chondroitin Complex helps to stabilize and 52.7% of boosted ground substance of connective tissue. Found that the use of cytotoxic drugs in combination with gepatoprotectors in 84.4% of patients leads to normalization of liver function test, prophylactic use - in 80.8% of cases prevents the formation of these disorders. We found that long-term immunosuppressive therapy leads to more aggressive microorganisms, increase the degree of contamination, squeezing the normal microflora of more aggressive strains of S. aureus and S. haemolyticus, especially observed in patients receiving long-term therapy with cytostatics. It is shown that the use of the developed technique using topical corticosteroids separate from the mandatory use of antimicrobial agents is the latest generation of high performance.
