The purpose of work is development of fundamental principles of molecular and cellular biotechnology, which focused on the epigenetic regulation of seed productivity of environmentally significant flower plants for conservation of natural and urbanized areas. Research methods field observations, laboratory studies, cytological methods and application of methods of mathematical analysis of the obtained data. To achieve this goal it was necessary to conduct a detailed study of the processes of epigenetic activation and inhibition of the reproductive systems of both flowering plants and invertebrates-until that pollinate these plants. For the first time for science it is shown that the implementation of short-term anesthesia in young females wild insect until carbon dioxide dramatically stimulated processes to iogenes (growth and development of ovaries and oocytes), which leads to faster development of the reproductive system with the ability to lay normal eggs, including in cases where the majority of individuals at birth have underdeveloped ovaries in norm perish, and not having to lay eggs. On a model object Megachile rotundata found that short-term anesthesia adults (10-20 minutes) significantly increases the fecundity of females, and, therefore, can be recommended for the development of technologies artificial increase in the number of insect pollinators. This method of increasing the reproductive capacity of insects-antill is a new direction in biotechnology and can be used not only to improve the efficiency of artificial breeding insects for pollination, but also to restore populations of rare and endangered insect species. Method of cultivation of pollen investigated in vitro germination of pollen of an invasive species Impatiens parviflora (which is very difficult to control in natural ecosystems) on different types of culture medium alone and in the presence of pollen of other plants. First established inhibition of germination of pollen grains Impatiens parviflora pollen of cultivated plants Rudbeckia hirta and Rubus serpens. At the same time revealed a stimulation of germination of pollen I. parviflora under the influence of pollen Lysimachia nummularia. Installed phenomena allow us to offer, on the one hand, a new method of reducing the number of specified invasive species that can be considered a new scientific direction in biological control of noxious plants. On the other hand, shows the new biotechnological potential direction of increasing the yield of entomophilous crops. Proposed quantitative indicator of the direction and strength of mutual influence of pollen of different species - the index of the PAS (a measure of antagonism-synergy).
