Based on the ideas of corresponding member of Ukraine V.S. Melnik and using artificial control method and Schaefer methor the sufficient conditions for the strong solution existence of the Cauchy problem are derived. The topological properties of solution are obtained. For the modified three-dimensional Navier-Stokes system in an unbounded domain satisfying Poincare' inequality, an nambiguous global solvability is proved. For the corresponding semigroup the existence of a global attractor in the strong topology of the phase space is derived.
