OBJECTIVE: treatment effectiveness increase for patients with CSD and STD in bad conditions of big industrial region. RESULTS: the clinical course variants of human papilloma virus dermal infection have been learned. The clinical-and- epidemiological features of psoriasis clinical course have been determined for menopausal womenfolks. The peculiarities of clinical course and metabolism of nidal dermatosclerosis and dermal forms of system lupus erythematosus have been defined. The reasonable pathogenetic and multimeter treatment modes have been developed for that CSD. NOVELTY: some aetiological-and-pathogenetic aspects of CSD (psoriasis, lupus erythematosus, epithelial neoplasmes of skin from human papilloma virus dermal infection, acne, alopecia, acquired leukoderma), syphilis and other STD have been specified. Its characteristics have been detected in bad conditions of big industrial region. The optimal algorithmes of treatment-and-diagnostic and preventive tactics have been developed for that diseases.
