It is shown that in accordance with the terms of growing it is possible to fabricate of samples with the different anisotropy of films. Chromium dioxide films are thermally unstable at temperatures higher 400 K. Magnetostatic and magnetoresonance measuring of thin films of Heusler alloys (Co2Fe)xGe1-x ,were x in an interval from 0.60 to 0.77, was shown that the investigated films had a plane anisotropy.
