Object - 646 patients with hypertensive nephropathy, postinfarction cardiosclerosis, atrial fibrillation, heart failure with different types of insulinemia. Evaluation of subclinical target organ damage in terms of markers of inflammation, affection of the heart, kidney and liver, endothelial dysfunction were done. There were developed and tested the differentiated approaches to the combined treatment of these patients by taking into the type of insulinemia. The necessity of the inclusion of statin in the treatment of the patients with and without insulin resistance was proved. The results were improved in the medical field.
