Purpose of research - to conduct preclinical research of morinoxine on creating technology of drug development QCM , determination of phase I metabolites and study the morinoxine impact on the interferon system state of experimental animals. Research methods - organic synthesis , analytical methods , enzymatic synthesis , immunological methods. Morinoxine - is low toxic highly active antiviral agent and interferon inducer - was the object of attention given to the need for development of new antiviral agents broad-spectrum antibiotics for medicine and animal husbandry. Previously developed laboratory regulation of its production, which is subject to verification in terms of technological production. Comparison of four synthesis routes (two bi- and three-stage ) led to the selection of one of them - three-stage for further implementation in production. Methods of quality control, defined metabolite of the first phase and shows that influence of morinoxine on interferon status of animals at single dose is significantly higher than for amixine as the oral and parenteral routes of administration .
