Purpose of the study - a system of social and educational work on re-socialization of juveniles persons, which achieving punishment in correctional facilities. The aim of the research is theoretical justification , development and experimental approbation of the model re-socialization of juvenile offenders achieving punishment in correctional facilities , for optimal social and educational conditions of operation. The essence has revealed and scientific , educational and historical analysis of the problems of social and educational activities with juvenile prisoners have made and social and educational work with criminals children in isolation from society have organized. Determined and analyzed the most important determinants of social and educational organization of implementation of social and educational work with juveniles sentenced to imprisonment in terms of correctional facilities. The depth analysis has done and assessment of the effectiveness of social and educational work with juveniles in the present conditions of special educational institutions of the State Penitentiary Service of Ukraine . Theoretical and methodological model of socio- educational work with juveniles sentenced to imprisonment has work out, and provided approbation of individual components in the practice of correctional facilities in the region. As a result of the experemential study identified and justified social and educational conditions of effective problem solving corrections and re-socialization of juveniles convicted . The results of research will be used( and already used) educational institutions for training specialists of this sector, in the implementation of preventive education and the State Penitentiary Service of Ukraine for: optimization of the educational process , improving the level of education in these schools , universities and improve how the prison service , training professionals to work in penal institutions , providing higher education to persons achieving punishment of imprisonment . The results of research are quite competitive as compared with domestic and foreign developments in this area.
