To improve health care technology of intensive care, nursing care and early rehabilitation of newborns with perinatal pathology, children with low birth weight, babies of multiple pregnancies and infants born using Assisted reproductive technology (ART). There was developed an algorithm for determining the severity of the child's condition when admitting to the intensive care unit and suggested appropriate standardized therapy. It allowed improving the survival of newborn babies, to reduce the treatment duration and the number of the severe diseases effects at the perinatal period. There was determined the influence of extragenital diseases of an expectant mother, burdened obstetric and gynecological history of women, complications of gestation course and labor on the birth of a child in critical condition with long-term effects. There was developed a method of predicting the adverse effects of severe perinatal pathology in children of the early age and the dependence of the greatest number of points when calculating diagnostic criteria and symptom complex probability of disease negative effects.
