Objective: to investigate the quality of life in patients with AML in the first period using and FLAG and "7 + 3" treatment progpam, and a remote period and offer optimal induction program in AML patients considering the ratio of tumor response and quality of life. Methods: Clinical, hematological, morphological, cytochemical, biochemical, specialized survey by questionnaire. . The clinical and laboratory data, response to therapy, biochemical signs of metabolic intoxication were analyzed of 63 patients at the disease and during treatment. Using questionnaires defined quality of life of patients to treatment after induction chemotherapy and in remission. It was established that AML as severe physical illness and hospitalization lasted change the rhythm of the usual life of patients with AML and significantly reduce its quality. Chemotherapy treatment of AML helps to receive the remission, improves the general condition and clinical and laboratory parameters almost to normal, but the quality of life still remained low due to emotional and social aspect.  "7 + 3" program treatment and FLAG were compared the response to therapy and quality of life.
