Obtained products can be applied in agriculture as fertilisers, and as additives for animals feeding. Using alkaline-enzymatic hydrolisys with additional hydrogen peroxide pretreatment at elevated temperatures, and acid-enzimatic hydrolisys with additional alkali washing - contributes to obtain collagen hydrolisate with high protein content. The resulting hydrolisate has balansed aminoacid composition.
