The main results: - the processes of aggregation and accumulation of information for planning, monitoring and control of implementation research works in the road sector were developed; - architecture of hardware and software that will be the basis of information-analytical system was defined; - functions and user rights in administration of the system, providing access rights and ownership of these rights, data processing, editing and viewing, reporting, etc. were defined; - user interfaces for content databases and work with reporting forms were developed; - the structure of the database, the basic data tables, links, index etc were developed; - the interacting with the database module of information-analytical system was developed.
