Spectroscopic methods have been used for the study of the influence of A2B6 nanoparticle size on the exciton energy and silver nanoparticles incorporated in a quartz matrix - on the SPs spectra. It is shown that the red shift of SP-resonance in Ag nanoparticles with the size decreasing is caused by the increase of the damping constant of plasmonic vibrations due to the surface scattering of free electrons. The temperature dependence of the spectral characteristics of SPs in nanoparticles of noble metals has been studied. We found that with the increase of temperature from 4.2 to 650 K redshift of SP- resonance is observed for nanoparticles of silver and copper. It is quantitatively shown that this effect is a result of thermal expansion of nanoparticle. The decrease of the intensity of nonequilibrium luminescence of A2B6 nanoparticles with increasing of temperature from 1.6 K to 4.2 K has been discovered.
