Research object: multilayer, inhomogeneous, thermal sensitive deformable bodies; plates and shells with cracks and inclusions. Aim of work: development of mathematical models, of research methods and optimization for processes of diffusion type in inhomogeneous thermal sensitive mechanical structures and bodies with multilayer coating and induced by these processes state of stress; deflected mode of plates and shells with cracks and defects. Research methods: integral transform methods, method of singular integral equations, method of inverse thermoelasticity problem, numerical methods. The mehtod for obtaining the solution of the elasticity problem in solid isotropic cylinder with finite length under external normal and tangent power and thermal loading has been developed. The method for calculation of static state of stress in multilayer cylindrical bodies in two- and three dimensional cases has been proposed. The influence of geometric, thermal and thermomechanical characteristics of the coatings and of heat exchange conditions with environment on thermal stressed state in the system body - multilayer coating has been analyzed. The method for solving the problem of optimal heating control of the thermal sensitive bodies by restrictions on control function and on deflected state characteristics for elastic-plastic material deformation has been proposed. The method of reducing the problem of state of stress in closed cylindrical shell with longitudinal cut at dependent on the time loading loading to the set of singular integral equations has been proposed. The state of stress in piecewise-homogeneous plate with two cracks on the straight-line boundary between materials has been investigated. The problem of star-shape crack closing during plate bending induced through homogeneous distributed moment and concentrated force at conditions of double-axis tension has been solved. The steady-state oscillations of orthotropic plate with arbitrary number of holes and absolute rigid inclusions with arbitrary shapes have been investigated. The results of carried out investigations may be used for determination, investigation and optimization of state stress in inhomogeneous and thermal sensitive construction elements working at intensive and at time dependent thermal and power loading.
