The research aim is to study of the effect of cultured and cryopreserved autologous skin fibroblasts on the dynamics of recovery in tendon structure at experimental tendinopathy. The research methods are cultural one, cryopreservation, experimental modeling tendinopathy, histological, immunofluorescence and biomechanical analysis. The results of the research work. The dynamics of influence of the cultivated and cryopreserved autologous skin fibroblasts (ASF) in the therapy of degenerative damage Achilles tendon (AT), with the local intriduction was investigated. Analysis of histological data, immunofluorescence and biomechanical research testified that cultivated and cryopreserved ASF contribute to the activation of reparative-regenerative processes in the damaged AT. Application of cryopreserved ASF during the early stages of research (7 and 21 days) resulted in a less pronounced effects restore AT compared with cultured ASF. The 45-day study in histostructure AT animals with the introduction of both cultivated and cryopreserved ASF observed cellular elements, reduce the phenomena of disorganization, normalization of the location and intensity of the dyeing of fibers on collagen type I. Animal tendons with therapy ASF had positive dynamics of restoration of strength.
