On the basis of mezoporous of spherical particles of Y2O3 the method of an intercalation of oxide zinc is get new composite material "matrix of Y2O3/ filler ZnO" spherical form and managed diameter in the range of 70-400 nm (dispersion > 15%). During development of method of infiltration was found the narrow interval of concentrations of working solution of Zn (NO3)2 - 6H2O (higher 0,01-0,1 mol/L), which allows to get the discrete nanorazmernye crystals of oxide of zinc with the middle size of 2-8 nm at pores of mezoporous matrices of Y2O3 with the maintainance of morphological property of initial spheres. Further growth of concentration of Zn (NO3)2 - 6H2O (higher 0,01-0,1 mol/L) results in out-of-control growth of crystals of ZnO in the process of heat treatment as the aggregated particles, both on the spheres of oxide of yttrium and between them (corresponds wedging of the second phase out spheres). On the example of mezoporous matrices of Y2O3 by the diameter of 180 nm, which are characterized a most capacity in a number of 70, 130, 180, 250, 400 nm, the area of stability of diphasic composites of Y2O3/ZnO is set with the matrix distributing of filler of ZnO, namely - with a by volume stake in a matrix ~ 0,30. It is rotined on the basis of aggregate of the experimental findings, that an intercalation nanocrystals of ZnO are contained in pores into spheres, that provides their insulativity. It is also rotined in-process, that in the process of annealing of compos of Y2O3/ZnO in the interval of temperatures of T = 600 - 1000 C takes place the thermally activated enlargement of crystallite of ZnO, which is accompanied the changes of parameters of crystallite grate of oxide zinc with perfection of hexagonal structure.
