Analysis of the results based on the geometric figures and their theoretical calculations revealed a number of patterns of influence of different types of atoms on the structure of the investigated compounds and identify factors contributing the morphotropic transitions. A structural, thermal and magnetic properties of coordination compounds of the triazole ligand type, coordination polymers containing adamantanes platform, new complexes of lanthanides with phosphorus and sulfur-containing bidentate chelating-ligands as well as heterometallic complexes of Co (III), Mn (III) and Fe (III) and nanocomposites based on aromatic surfaces was studied. Luminescent properties in non-aqueous solutions were studied for compounds of Eu with carbacilamidophosphated studied as well. The obtained results are of considerable interest to further study of the interrelation of the structure and physicochemical properties (crystallographic, physical, fluorescent and conductivity) for these compounds and their derivatives.
