Research aim was to determine the physical and chemical parameters of cryoprotective solutions while designing the optimal media for storing placental biological objects and reducing their cryodamages; to study the efficiency of different cryopreservation programs for placental tissue fragments and to select the composition of cryoprotective media during its freezing; to determine morphofunctional integrity of cryopreserved placental fragments. We used here the thermometric, cryogenic, biophysical, biochemical, cytological, histological, cultural techniques and DNA electrophoresis. Results and their novelty. There was designed an efficient cryotechnology for placental tissue fragment preservation. There were found out the initial morphofunctional characteristics of human placental tissue fragments for creating the primary collection and its placing for a long-term storage at -196 °C. The research results may be used in establishing the stocks of cryopreserved biomaterials, being used in personalized medicine and as immunobiological preparations in clinical practice. Application field: medicine, veterinary science, biology. Product Description popup.authors Воліна В.В. Гольцев А.М. Гордієнко Є.О. Гулєвський О.К. Прокопюк В.Ю. Прокопюк О.С.
