This method was used to analyze the relationships in the mechanism of counteraction of the Interior offense to transport. The study used the general scientific methods of formal logic - to determine the structural elements of the offense counter transport , statistical - to study the effectiveness of law enforcement in combating violations transport. The analysis of regulations on combating offenses vehicle used logic- law and comparative legal methods.Scientific novelty of the study lies in the algorithm of solving the major problems without which it is impossible to provide opposition by the Interior offenses transport.The results of the study ( guidelines) implemented in practice internal affairsof Ukraine.
