National insurance market analysis of economically developed countries and Ukraine is done. Statistics of total gross insurance premiums and insurance payments, insurance premiums by insurance types are presented. Trust importance is shown to the insurance by world data analysis: trust level of people in different regions of world is rather high. Determinated that trust influence on effectiveness of the insurance company by quantity of insurance premiums of clients. The higher level of trusting relationship of insurance services consumers the higher profit of insurer. Research results implements to the insurance company activity that functions in modern Ukraine market. Created model allow assessing trusting relationship with expert information in insurance, future research can be developed by system improving of input parameters, importance of insurance types and fuzzy rules.
