Study objective - scientific substantiation of the hygienic requirements to the conditions and organization of the education of senior pre-school age children. Results - Leading sanitary-hygienic parameters were determined, they identify the conditions for vital functions of the children of senior pre-school age children at the educational institutions: conditions and organization of physical education, conditions for education, general characteristic of the institution (location, size of parcel, factual filling, organization of education. It was determined that parameters of children's health and development (amount of morpho-functional deviations, adaptive potential, state of locomotor apparatus, motor-coordination abilities, mental efficiency, development of fatigue, psycho-emotional state) depended upon conditions and organization of vital activity, education and physical training at a, pre-school institution. Only 62.6 % have a sufficient level of motivation readiness to the education at school, a sufficient development of small motility has 22.5 % of the children. Hygienic recommendations on the conditions and organization of the education of the children at pre-school educational institutions were developed. A model for sanitation of the children of senior pre-school age under conditions of CEI was designed. Methodical approaches to the assessment of the level of motor activity, mental efficiency, morpho-functional state of the children aged 5-7 years were developed.
