The purpose of the study is to formulate and experimentally validate the effectiveness of alternative methods of optimization of physical education students based on a sports-oriented technologies.The program of experimental researches consists of the following set of methods, tests, tests, necessary for the study of optimization of physical education of students on the basis of sporting oriented technologies and plug in the maintenance: study of literary sources; medical-pedagogical and psychological supervisions; questionnaire; methods of estimation of bodily condition; pedagogical experiment; methods of treatment of these researches.
