It was developed the new methods for calculating and simulating the phenomenon appearing at radio-waves propagation close to sea surface with taking in account the double reflections as well as the methods for increasing the direction-finding accuracy of objects located close to sea surface on the basis of modern spectral estimation methods. It was further developed the methods of remote sensing and radiolocation in which the models of short-range radar systems experimental with linier frequency modulation and SHF radiometer of radio-vision which is planning to use for tasks of technological processes monitoring.
