Cholecystectomy causes to the misbalance of parameters of inflammation, the increase of liver reactivity and less substantial correlation between parameters. The increase of liver and clear signs of hepatosis, steohepatosis and hepatitis were detected in patients with hypertonic disease. It was shown that the most frequently diagnosed constituents of metabolic syndrome are arterial hypertension, overweight, obesity, low concentrations of HDL and high contents of triacylglicerols; hyperleptinemia and high index of atherogenicity. The following changes of lipid profile were detected in blood samples of children suffering from metabolicsyndrom: decrease of HDL and % HDL/total cholesterol, increase in the index LDL/HDL and tryriacylglycerol concentration. The study of heart rhythm variability of children with metabolic syndrome allows to evaluate the severity of disease. In experiments on rats with modeled water-restrained and epinephrine-induced stress it was studied the influence of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs on NO-synthase system parameters in gastric and colonic mucosa. It was shown advantages of use of H2S-releasinfg nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug ATB-346, because it displayed a cytoprotective effect, manifested by the decrease of total area of gastric damage in both stress-models. Administration of dual COX/LOX inhibitor - the compound 2A5DHT caused the decrease of gastric damage in the stomach under conditions of both stress-induced ulcers and hyperglycaemia as well in the large intestine under conditions of experimental colitis and streptozotocine-induced diabetes.
