It was designed the MDCT - semiotics of cancer of the larynx. Cancerous tumors of the larynx often had a size > 30 mm (36.3 % of patients) and 20-30 mm (30.0 % of patients); heterogeneous structure (65.62 % patients), unequal contours (87.02 % of patients), the accumulation of contrast agent (97.54 % patients). Volume effect against cartilage of the larynx was found in 84.55 % of patients. The features of tumors for each of the divisions of the larynx were set. MDCT-criteria of mts-affection of lymphatic nodes were set: round shape - in 23.4 % of patients, and wrong - in 76.6 % of patients; ratio of longitudinal to transverse diameter of less than 2 lymph nodes was observed in 91.8 % of patients; pathological accumulation of contrast agent was detected in the majority cases (93.5%). It was noted the presence of volume effects of mts in lymphatic nodes in relation to surrounding structures in 85.3 % of patients. The use of functional MDCT allowed to specify the prevalence of tumor by laryngeal departments in 97.5 % of patients. Due to use of MDCT -AG it was possible to assess the qualitative criteria of tumors' blood flow. The use of MDCT - perfusion provided an opportunity to identify quantitative criteria of tumor blood flow in patients with cancer of the larynx , which is statistically significantly differented comparing with such ones for intact soft tissues of the larynx (p < 0.05) as well as to select the criteria of radiosensitivity and radioresistance of the laryngeal tumor.
