General expressions for the contact value of one-particle distribution function of confined anisotropic fluid are derived. Using these expressions the contact theorem for density profiles and order parameter is formulated. A comparison of theoretical calculations with computer modeling is performed and it allowed us to investigate new effects and to improve the theory.
