Vlokh of Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine popup.description2 On the base of main defined laws of parametric singular crystal optics effects induced by axial-symmetric fields, the scientific problem had been solved - the excitation of optical vortices and vortices' parameters control using parametric effects of crystal optics. In particular: - the analysis of the singularities of optical wave phase front at the twisting of crystals of different symmetry groups was carried out; - the gradient axicon on the base of crystals twisting with focal length that can be controlled by the torsional moment changing in a wide range that can exceed one hundred meters was developed; - the analysis of the singularities of optical wave phase front induced by nonuniform electric field in crystals of different symmetry groups was carried out; - the first time was shown that optical vortices with double charge can be created using electrooptical Kerr effect in single-crystal and isotropic materials, including gaseous and liquid media.
