Vlokh of Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine popup.description2 For the first time on the base of the study of acoustic, optical and thermomechanical properties of Sn2P2 (SexS1-x)6 family crystals the problem of specific points on the (p, T, x) - phase diagram of these solid solutions was solved data and high-performance materials for optical radiation control were proposed. In particular: - acoustic anisotropy and temperature dependence of the velocities of acoustic waves were experimentally studied in Sn2P2S6 and Sn2P2(Se0,28S0,72)6 crystals; - it was found that two special lines of phase transitions, such as line of tricritical points and the line of triple points, exist on (p, T, x) - phase diagram of Sn2P2(SexS1-x)6 solid solutions. Thus, the conditions for achieving Lifshitz point in Sn2P2(SexS1-x)6 crystals cannot be provided; - on the basis of comprehensive studies of acoustic, piezooptic, acousto-optical and thermomechanical properties of Sn2P2S6, Sn2P2 (Se0,28S0,72)6 and Pb2P2Se6 crystals it was found that these crystals have extremely high acoustooptical quality and additionally Pb2P2Se6 crystals have weak dependence of physical properties on temperature; - the temperature-concentration phase diagram of K2xRb2(1-x)Cd2(SO4)3 solid solutions was studied by microscopic observations of temperature transformation of domain structure.
