The aim of work is to create a theoretical framework of increasing the target detection probability, reducing the coordinate measurement errors and improving the radar equipment resolution. Methods of research: the use of advanced CAD, comparative analysis, forming new and using existing databases to create highly informative and flexible mathematical models of radar signals, differential calculus methods, linear algebra, numerical methods for solving equations systems, the errors theory. Methods of experimental researches, field experiments, mathematical modeling. The implementation of given methods performed using CAD and programming languages («MathCAD», «MatLab», «Maple», «C ++», «Pascal»). During the work performance of a number of new and improved mathematical models of radar signals were obtained. Appropriate methods for their implementation were also developed. The optimization part of multifrequency phase radar systems theory were improved. The structural-schematic solutions for the improvement of active radar systems were developed. The main results introduced at the enterprises: SE "Burevisnyk" (Kyiv), SE "Novator" (Khmelnitsky) Ltd. "REMO – energy systems repair, equipment upgrading" (Khmelnitsky) and in the KNU educational process.
