By results of researches it was obtained a firm mutant strain of C. acetobutylicum IFBG C6H 5М that produced 45% more butanol than baseline strain on the lignocellulosic raw material (biomass of millet). It was done a researche of the various components of the fermentation millet after treatment of the substrate by explosive autohydrolysis. It was shown the possibility of fermentation derived components with different output of butanol. It was noted the greatest production of butanol in the mutant strain by used as a substrate of cellulose and residual sugars from the aqueous phase.The optimal parameters of the raw material pretreatment for the cultivation of the mutant strain were done.
