The subject of study is systemically important financial institutions and their interactions with the CEB and regions. The purpose of the study is to develop scientific proposals for improving the efficiency of the systemically important financial institutions (in the context of cooperation with central government and regions) and surveillance of their activities. Methods of the study: a systematic approach, formal logic methods, analysis and synthesis, analogy and benchmarking simulations.
