The method of synthesizing carbide phases of refractory elements in a hydrocarbon fluid during the high-voltage electrodischarge treatment is proposed, including the destruction of a fluid with releasing active nanocarbon of various allotropic modifications that enters into chemical interaction with carbide forming elements of fusion mix. The methodological approach is proposed, and process schemes of obtaining carbide steels of a Fe - Ti - C - (B) system, thus allowing for determining the cycle of particle stressing during the high-voltage electrocischarge treatment, thus producing an impact on structure formation intensity. Application of the high-voltage electrodischarge treatment of diamond micropowders АСМ 20/14 resulted in change of all morphometric characteristics, sorption potential increase by 15% (at Р/Р0?1), porosity increase 2.5 times, admix content reduction 2.9 times, specific magnetic sensitivity reduction 2.8, powder abrasive ability increase by 14.5 % and enhancing its oxidation resistance. After high-voltage electrodischarge treatment and sedimentation, carbon nanomaterials granules of three size ranges are obtained: 0.118 to 0.139 µm; 2.639 to 20.895 µm; 2.44 to 33.701 µm with reduced amorphous carbon content in a mid layer as compared to source material.
