The subject of the study is indicators of marine ecosystem. The purpose of RSW is to prepare recommendations for the quality management of the marine environment based on mathematical experiments on the effects of major natural and anthropogenic factors on ecosystem NWBS. The method of research is the method of mathematical modeling. The mathematical model was applied marine ecosystem is based on the system AQUATOX. Results: -analysis impact of natural and anthropogenic factors by mathematical modeling and the theory of nonlinear dynamics showed that the system becomes unstable with increasing flow of nutrients more than 5 times, as well as a result of the cumulative impact of natural (temperature and salinity of sea water) and anthropogenic factors (increased nutrients several times); -obtained results can be used in problems of quality management of the marine environment in the formation of the system of marine environmental monitoring and assessment at "hot spots".
