It was clarified that salt stress is caused overexpression of genes plasma membrane H+-ATPase. It was shown that isoform MHA4 of plasma membrane H+-ATPase activated by salt condition.That’s why regulation of it’s activity is happened by genetic level. To use preparations of Methyure and Ivine are activited plasma membrane H+-ATPase but this effect was not connected with activation of transcription it’s gene. Also it was established that salt stress is increased gene expression of vacuolar membrane H+-ATPase, but only by 10-days salt exposistion. To use preparations are activited expression gene of vacuolar membrane H+-ATPase, but not considerably.
