The purpose of work: research of dislocation and diffusion mass transfer and structural changes that occur in materials during creation and exploitation in the formation of new phases and under the influence of corpuscular and electromagnetic radiation. Methods of research: optical and raster electronic microscopy, X-ray microanalysis. It was developed method for manufacturing thin-film samples to study the reaction diffusion system in nanostructured Ag-Sn. It was established that the structure of Ag film that is formed immediately after spraying on a glass substrate at room temperature. The structure of Ag film depends on the rate of deposition and does not depend on their thickness. For high temperatures average grain size Ag film increases to a size that correlates with thickness of film. Grain structure compound Ag3Sn, formed in the diffusion zone follows the structure of the Ag film. It was established that the kinetics of the lateral distribution phase is subject to a parabolic law. The speed of phase propagation in thin film is independent of film thickness but essentially depends on grain size. The dependence of the number of cavities in track membrane is depend on doses of radiation. It is established according to method of electron microscopy. It is established that the cavities of overlapping begin to appear at doses 3 108 sm-2. It is investigated differences in the etching of single cavities and cavities of overlapping. It is found the optimal conditions for chemical treatment films for membranes to create.
