The results received from the study of current species diversity, variability and distribution of the studied groups of animals should be considered as a kind of time slices of the current fauna state. Constant application of well-tested methods and approaches, used during carrying out the theme, will allow conducting a fairly informative monitoring of biodiversity. Also, the new original data on the current species diversity, variability and distribution of butterflies (Rhopalocera) of Palearctic, of family Gobiidae of marine and brackish water areas of Ukraine, fish (Pisces) of freshwaters of Ukraine, of tailed and tailless (Caudata, Ecaudata) amphibia of Eastern Europe were obtained. The new species of the mite family Anystidae (from the forest-steppe zone of Ukraine), two new species of butterflies (family Hesperiidae) from Iran, one species of sea snakes (Emidocephalus) from Vietnam were described. Two new taxa of fish (Benthophilus, Gammogobius) from the Black and Azov Seas were registered for the fauna of Ukraine for the first time. Product Description popup.authors Доценко І.Б. Маніло В.В.
