The features seasonal variations of aerosol parameters over Ukraine are defined. Method comparison of model calculations, measurements and data satellite observations of water vapor in the atmosphere of the sun photometer CIMEL CE318 was developed. Longitudinal dependence annual cycle total ozone in the area of 50-55 ° N, which includes northern latitude Ukraine and Kyiv was determined. A regular actinometrical measurement in a wide range of the spectrum (0.3 - 10.0 microns) was carried out. Methods and value to account for the effects of solar halo on the measurement results are considered. For measurements used actinometer UT39B M3 with a multimeter and Fluke-289. By using Langley method obtained estimates for the output with a multimeter actinometer UT39B outside the earth's atmosphere. A eveloping and testing methods of simultaneous measurements with lidar and sun photometer in planned experiments AERONET stations Kyiv and Martov together with French lidar are conducted. The works have been performed in preparation for Lidar measurements in Ukraine, showed significant benefits of common observation method and the distinguishing features of the algorithm.
