Using mathematical modeling on the base of Monte Carlo methods for the first time influence of value of time interval, in which mean and variance are calculated, on the exactness of promt neutron decay constant determination, without a priory knowledge about subcriticality degree. - on the base of this work industrial equipment for fuel control in spent fuel storage can be created.
