Research methods - determination of nucleic acids, proteins, atomic absorption spectrometry, polarographic methods, light microscopy, imunoturbidimetriya, photometry, statistical methods for evaluating results. It has been shown that the relationship between the functional activity of the genome, cell motility and the formation of cell aggregates allows the use of a culture of D. viridis as a promising cell biosensor. Detected the dose dependence of the time features of loss cell motility D. viridis in the presence of various metal ions can not only determine the borders of the toxicity of various substances, but also to detect the presence of certain toxic compounds in the aquatic environment. An algorithm is proposed the screening of blood serum for the presence of cytotoxic factors combined with the use of test systems D. viridis using automated calculation of indicators of cytotoxicity, which allows to evaluate possible deviations from normal physiological conditions (reversible and irreversible imunophysiological states).
