A goal of the research: theoretical and experimental substantiation of scientific and technical solutions aimed to the development of upgraded systems and technologies of surveillance, navigation and radio monitoring of moving objects. The research methods: methods of statistical synthesis and analysis, analytical survey, imitation mathematical modeling, system-theoretical substantiation of proposals. The report presents the following results: -Substantiatiated are: the number, location and structure of compensation channels; the algorithm and upgraded adaptive processing devices for antijamming protection of a radiolocation system (RLS) with a bidimensional planar antenna; the mathematical model of the adaptive spatial signal processing against the background of interferences in the RLS with the 2D planar antenna; results of mathematical modeling of algorithms and devices for adaptive antijamming protection of the RLS with the 2D planar PAA; recommendations on building the upgraded system of adaptive spatial processing for antijamming protection of the RLS with the 2D planar PAA. -Experimentally assessed an accuracy of phase measurements with navigators and that of navigation determinations attainable when using them; description of methods and algorithms for preliminary and network processing of the navigators’ phase measurement information; the experimentally investigated effectiveness of the developed methods and algorithms with the use of both the research software created on their basis and the real information of the navigator. -Substantiated is an expediency of the imitation-mathematical modeling of a complicated dynamic radioelectronic-object scenario (REOS) in a given region and active-passive systems for its monitoring (APSM) by processing the co-ordinate and signal information about radiating objects and their radioelectronic facilities (REF); developed are alphabets of classes for air-based, ground-based and sea-based objects and their radar and radiocommunication equipment; substantiated are structures, ways of dislocation, types and technical characteristics of active (radar) and passive (radio- and radiotechnical) means for monitoring REOS, and a procedure for computation of regions of their surveillance, taking into account characteristics of antenna-feeder systems, transceiving tracts, conditions of radiowave propagation, site relief and coverage; substantiation of mathematical models of REOS imitation and APSM configuration; development of structures and compounds of databases for objects, RES, features of radiations and signals, means for monitoring REOSs by their technical characteristics; results of the developed software and imitation-methematical modeling of arbitrary REOS and account of susbsystems for radiofrequency monitoring in concrete regions of Ukraine. – Developed are effective applied technologies for information video traffic processing in the mobile communication systems, namely: compression of transformed image segments on the basis of reverse position coding; a bit speed control of the coder work under the video sequence compression; a methodology of selective protection of the video traffic by basic frames in infocommunications; the technology and computer UML-model for the investigations of the initialization process when positioning objects in wireless sensor networks; the structure and software of the system that tracks moving objects with autentification based on the satellite GSM system; and, basing on the computer technology of data traffic processing, the hardware-software complex for archiving and informing via mobile communication channels of GSM.
