The differances from analog are: intellectual abilities, namely the ability of self-testing of the connection to the object of control; ability to control chips with a small lead pitch (500 mm) and a large number of probes (up to several thousands, depending on the density). Mathematical modeling and experimental studies of the MCD prototype are proposed. The method and the model of the piezoelectric transducer of mechanical energy into electrical energy, which allows to convert the strain energy from transport wheels into electricity, are developed. The software for the computer simulation of the control process by extending microstructured optical fibers, which allows to evaluate the quality of control process and choose the process parameters without using the actual installation and materials is developed. It implements the proposed new and improved existing models and adaptive method of visual control flexibly integrated robotic systems. The theoretical basis of adaptation strategies for operation of the flexible integrated systems through the introduction of mathematical support, infoware and software systems of planning strategies that take into account changes in the state of robotic system and the environment, operational plans for reconstructing solve complex practical problems, including in the process of their implementation, and thus manner, providing a significant improvement in quality management processes flexible integrated systems are developed. A prototype of a mobile robot with intellectual properties with providing vision systems of robots and intelligent decision-making system for robots are created.
