The object - the system of Ukrainian elite athletes sports preparation for the Olympic Games at different stages. Methods: analysis of scientific and methodical literature, protocols of sporting events, planning documents and reports; interview of coaches and athletes, pedagogical observations; ergospirometriya, electrocardiography, impedance cardiography, tetrapolar impedance rheoplethysmography, variation pulsometry, pulsometry, electromyography, spirography, body composition analysis; biochemical methods; complex psycho-physiological and psychological methods: complex biomechanical methods: stabilography, computer analysis of movements, methods of mathematical statistics. Results. The performance of the national Ukrainian team at the XXII Olympic Winter Games in Sochi has analyzing as also the main directions of improving the training of Ukrainian athletes have determining. Scientifically proven and experimentally verified the effectiveness of ergogenic funds for athletes. It was found that the course application of carbohydrate-protein product is accompanied by a significant increase of anaerobic capacity, and significant improvement of the accuracy of time perception at athletes and help accelerate of regenerative processes. It was found that the course application by athletes of the ergogenic products "Nanolayn. Force" minimizes lactate acidosis after exercise, by improving the utilization of lactate.
