Research subject: personnel social characteristics and problems of social divisions investigated and the effect it causes in production. The aim of the research is to identify the social potential for production efficiency raise by diagnosing of the departments social development. This have led us to the resolving of the following tasks: to identify the potential for the employees employment potential raise through the implementation of the enterprise social programs; to educe the level of staff's satisfaction with social conditions that were created in the company divisions; to identify the most acute social problems that hinder the development of company units; to identify the factors that keep down the social programs implementation within the collective agreement fulfillment; to detect the staff' awareness of social projects, current company's concernments and social communication features in every its department; to identify workers' social characteristics; to assess the current personnel's social security state and identify the employees categories that require urgent protection; to detect foreground needs of young workers and pensioners; to suggest the directions for improvement of social enterprise development programs; to identify and summarize the workers' proposals on social projects in the enterprise. Research methods: the main method of primary sociological data obtaining was the survey (sociological questionnaire). The analysis of the primary data was held by applying such techniques as index method, correlation analysis, typological analysis, factor analysis, categorical data analysis. Empirical basis of the research consists of mass questionnaire research material (438 employees interviewed). The material presented in this report can be used in the process of social enterprise development management and in further research of social factors of production efficiency improving, as well as in the educational processing of such disciplines as "The sociology of management", "Human resource management".
