Methods: We studied the kinetics of hydrolysis of sucrose in the presence of inorganic acids, chloride, sulfate, nitrate, bromide in the temperature range 15 - 40oS acids at concentrations of 0.5 - 3.0 mol / l by polarimetry. Data processing experiments were performed using the software package Microsoft Excel. The result of a large number of values of rate constants of hydrolysis of sucrose to different temperatures, different concentrations of a catalyst solution and sucrose solutions. For the studied range of temperatures and concentrations obtained empirical formulas with high reliability allow us to calculate the reaction rate constant under different conditions. Found a reliable value of the activation energy, an estimation of the values of entropy of activation. It is shown that the change in concentration of sucrose solution, virtually no effect on the value of the reaction rate constant. Product Description popup.authors Куліш А.С.
